Lockbox Mail Processing Associate (Part-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM (25 hours/week)
Location: On-site in Cherry Creek

Job Description
The Lockbox Mail Processing Associate is responsible for handling incoming customer mail and deposits received from courier pickups and bank deliveries. This role supports day-to-day lockbox operations by ensuring accurate sorting, preparation, scanning, and routing of client documents.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and sort incoming mail and customer deposit materials.

Prepare mail according to each customer’s specific processing and reporting requirements.

Scan all documents to create digital files for internal workflows.

Support downstream processing by ensuring scanned items are complete, legible, and properly organized.

Work closely with the employee responsible for queuing items into the system for customer review and acceptance.

Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing throughout each step.

Follow all internal procedures, security guidelines, and quality-control expectations.
Required Qualifications

Strong work ethic with reliable attendance, including consistent 6:00 AM start time.

Ability to learn and train others on lockbox processes.

Must pass a criminal background check.

Open to candidates from a wide range of work backgrounds (e.g., banking, warehouse, Amazon, pet care, etc.).

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a structured workflow environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial services or lockbox operations.

Work Environment & Additional Details

Part-time hours are fixed at 25 hours/week with no current opportunities to increase.

Small team environment: two primary Lockbox team members, with backup support as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 – $18.50/hr.
