Part-Time Afterschool/Closing Teacher

Summary Calling all who love singing, dancing, storytelling and nurturing young, energetic children. The Closing Afterschool Teacher helps end the day on a high note! This role supports school-age children with homework, fun activities, and positive guidance while keeping everyone safe and engaged. You’ll help with smooth pick-ups, wrap up the program, and make sure the classroom is ready for the next day—all while creating a warm, welcoming afterschool vibe.

Duties Supervision and daily class functions of a group of children.

Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing environment.

Observes all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy, the local and state for the safety of children.

Clean and sanitize classroom and toys at end of day.

Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age.

Satisfactory Background Check

Nice To Haves CPR certification

Experience working with children
