Position: Paralegals and Legal Assistants

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design high-quality questions related to legal research, documentation, and case support.
• Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, procedural compliance, and analytical clarity.
• Apply legal research methods, document preparation standards, and case management frameworks to AI training tasks.
• Ensure outputs reflect real-world legal support workflows and professional standards.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development.

Requirements

• Strong years of full-time experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Strong professional background in legal research, documentation, or case support roles.
• Excellent written communication and legal reasoning skills.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
