Responsibilities
- Design and lead robust testing frameworks, including A/B, multivariate, geo-based, incrementality, and lift studies, to evaluate media tactics, creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies
- Partner with channel managers across social, search, display, video, and programmatic to implement tests, ensure rigorous QA, and optimize tactics based on early performance signals
- Analyze and synthesize test results into clear business narratives, translating statistical outcomes into actionable recommendations for budget allocation and campaign strategy
- Own and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap focused on emerging platforms, AI/ML bidding, value-based strategies, and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with analytics, strategy, and planning teams to ensure experiment design aligns with business objectives and measurement frameworks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or growth experimentation (agency, in-house, or platform)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (incrementality, causal inference, geo-split), platform reporting (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs), and analytics tools (GA, SQL, Excel/Sheets)
- Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting statistical significance, confidence intervals, and complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into executive-ready insights
