Packaging Designer (Beauty)

Job Description Beauty Brand is seeking a Graphic/Packaging Designer to join their team

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate onsite with creative, marketing, and product teams on beauty and personal care packaging initiatives.
• Translate brand direction into packaging concepts that are visually compelling and aligned with existing brand standards.
• Develop packaging layouts, dielines, and artwork files suitable for production in close partnership with production and vendor teams.
• Support iterative design work during the test period, incorporating feedback quickly and accurately.
• Ensure all packaging designs meet quality expectations and are delivered on time against project schedules.
• Contribute to brainstorming and concept development for new product launches and refreshes as requested.
• Update and refine existing packaging labels for a cohesive, on-brand look.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Packaging Designer or Graphic Designer with a strong focus on packaging and labels.
• Portfolio showcasing packaging work, ideally in beauty, haircare, or consumer products.
• Strong typography skills, with an eye for spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
