Orbital Welder – Sauk Rapids – Weekend Shift

We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Orbital Welder roles on the weekend shift. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $18.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you’ll do as an Orbital Welder:
- Operate TIG and orbital welding machines
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect parts and maintain high-quality standards
- Use computer-controlled welding equipment
- Handle fragile materials with care
- Perform repetitive tasks and meet production goals
- Use measuring tools to check part quality
- Follow all safety procedures
What you need to be an Orbital Welder:
- 3+ years of welding or manufacturing experience (semiconductor industry preferred)
- Completed or enrolled in a 2-year Welding Technology program
- Ability to read technical drawings and do basic math
- Mechanically inclined with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet with or without reasonable accommodations
- Comfortable in a cleanroom environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
