Role: Oracle Financials Functional Consultant (Cloud / EBS)

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financial modules, along with a solid understanding of Procurement and Inventory processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business needs and translate them into Oracle Financial solutions.
  • Analyze and document business requirements for assigned projects and clients.
  • Perform hands-on design and configuration of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
  • Provide application support, maintenance, and enhancements for Oracle Financials systems.
  • Gather and analyze requirements for system improvements, integrations, and new functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and process-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials modules.

  • Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials implementations.

  • Experience with at least 1 Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.

  • Strong functional expertise in GL, AR, AP, FA, SLA, and Costing modules.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Projects module preferred.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage with business stakeholders and project teams.
