We are looking for 20 AV & IT Support Engineers to join our team and support a major technology client in Redmond, WA. This role is fully on-site and requires strong hands-on technical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Audio Visual (AV) support
  • Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
  • Support and maintain Extron, Crestron, Fusion, and Managed Teams Room devices
  • Explain network and connection types (Home & Corp)
  • Troubleshoot multiple types of network connectivity
  • Deliver clear and concise communication regarding technical issues
  • Work within enterprise environments using Crestron/Fusion at server and application layers
  • Support Microsoft, Lenovo, HP, Dell, and Apple devices

Required Skills

  • Audio Visual Support experience
  • Basic understanding of networking & TCP/IP
  • Basic knowledge of fiber, copper, and network infrastructure
  • Experience with Crestron Fusion
  • Hardware support
  • Experience with Extron, Crestron, Fusion
  • CompTIA A or OEM certifications (preferred)
