Blazer Jobs is working with a valued school district in Aurora, Colorado to bring on a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 20252026 academic year. This is a full-time, school-based position designed for clinicians who are passionate about inclusive, student-centered therapy.

Pay & Benefits

Local Candidates:

  • Hourly rate: $46$54/hour, DOE

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Weekly direct deposit

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • CEU and licensure reimbursement

Travel Candidates:

  • Weekly gross: $1,900$2,300/week

  • Tax-free stipends for housing and meals (if applicable)

  • Relocation and travel support

  • Full benefits package

  • Credentialing and licensure assistance

Responsibilities

As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Serve a diverse K12 caseload (caseload tailored to experience)

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

  • Address fine motor, sensory integration, and daily living skills

  • Collaborate with SPED staff, parents, and district teams

  • Ensure compliance with district and IDEA guidelines

Qualifications

  • Colorado OT license (or eligibility)

  • Previous experience in schools or pediatrics preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

  • Compassionate, flexible, and student-centered
