Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site contract with a school district partner in Corpus Christi, TX, for the 20252026 school year. Compensation & Benefits

Local Candidates:

  • Hourly pay: $42$48/hour

  • Weekly direct deposit

Travel Candidates:

  • Weekly gross: $1,443$1,643

  • Housing and meals stipends (tax-free if eligible)

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services as outlined in student IEPs

  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications for learning environments

  • Conduct evaluations and document student progress per district and state standards

  • Support fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Current Texas OT license (or eligibility)

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Commitment to supporting student success
