Nutritional Aide, 32hrs Days

Join Us as a Nutritional Aide Full Time 32 hours Day Shift 630AM 300PM including every other weekend Saturday and Sunday As a Nutritional Aide at TaraVista in Devens MA you will assist the Food Service Director with dietary functions as directedinstructed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures Work with the facilitys dietitian as necessary and implement recommended changes as requiredFollow ServSafe hygiene procedures at all timesAssist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basisAssist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and proceduresClean work areas and refrigeratorsfreezers etcSet up meals food carts unit pantries etc as instructedAssist cook in preparing snacks sandwiches tossed salads fruit saladDeliverserve food to designated units Stock unit pantries nursing stations water and fruit areaPerform dish washingcleaning procedures Assure that utensil etc are readily available for next mealSuccessful Nutritional Aide candidates will have the following EducationTraining High school education preferredBasic reading and writing skills preferredJob KnowledgeExperiencePreferred Previous experience in food servicePreferred LanguageWritingCommunicationPay Range Compensation will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience 1750 1927 TaraVista is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion age sex national origin disability status genetics protected veteran status sexual orientation gender identity or expression or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local laws
