Who we are

We’re Americano. A family-owned Italian spot in downtown Livermore. Artisan sandwiches. Real pasta. Tiramisu you’ll dream about. We hire for energy first and train for everything else.

What you’d actually do

Two jobs in one role: building killer sandwiches behind the line, and being the human at the counter who turns first-timers into regulars. You’ll switch between both depending on the shift — and that’s not a downside. That’s the whole game. The people who learn both fast become Shift Leads. Then Assistant Managers. Then more.

You’d be perfect here if you:

  • Are the friend who lights up the room
  • Get a tiny high from making someone’s day
  • Move fast and stay calm when it’s slammed
  • Show up when you said you would
  • Want a job that turns into a career (not the other way around)

You don’t need:

  • A long résumé. Or any résumé, honestly.
  • Italian food experience — we’ll teach you the cucina
  • “Server” on your work history. If you’ve worked at Dutch Bros, Starbucks, Chipotle, In-N-Out, a boba shop, a smoothie place, Target, anywhere with a counter and a customer — you’ll thrive here.

Shifts we need most:

  • 11 AM — 4 PM weekdays
  • 12 PM — 4 PM weekends
  • 5 PM — 7:30 PM Friday & Saturday
