Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide back-end technical support and assistance to system integrators, distributors, and channel partners;
  2. Establish and continuously improve the service process system, including technical support and RMA procedures, while ensuring the quality of service delivery;
  3. Organize and manage regular after-sales technical training sessions (including certification programs) and technical seminars to enhance the technical capabilities of partners and resellers;
  4. Respond promptly to support requests from channel partners and end customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution;
  5. Conduct POC testing and functionality validation for new products.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or enterprise networking product maintenance (from any major vendor), preferably with experience working for a system integrator or distributor;
  2. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to coordinate and integrate resources effectively;
  3. Proficient in both spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus;
  4. Solid technical skills in switches, routers, wireless LANs, and network orchestration/integration;
  5. Possession of any of the following certifications is preferred: CCNP/CCIE, ASE/Master ASE, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional, HCNP/HCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE;
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
