motivated Multi Site Leasing Professional to join our growing team in the Savannah market This position is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple apartment communities while delivering exceptional customer service and leasing performance The Floating Leasing Professional will travel between assigned communities throughout the Savannah area to provide leasing support assist with occupancy goals and maintain a high standard of resident and prospect experience Flexibility professionalism and strong leasing knowledge are essential for success in this role Things You Will Do Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and engaging mannerConduct community tours and effectively present apartment homes and amenitiesManage inbound calls emails and follow up communication with prospectsProcess applications lease paperwork and move in documentation accuratelySupport onsite teams with resident relations and administrative tasksMaintain knowledge of pricing availability and market conditionsAssist with social media campaigns offsite marketing and promotional events like open houses or call a thonsUtilize property management and CRM systems efficientlyTravel to various apartment communities throughout the DFW area as neededAssist with occupancy retention and leasing goalsAssist Management with the preparation of marketing plans goal boards and motivating and training of leasing staffThings You Need Minimum of 12 years of apartment leasing experience requiredExperience with property management software and CRM platforms preferredStrong communication organizational and customer service skillsA sharp professional appearance with a positive attitudeAbility to adapt quickly to different teams and communitiesReliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the DallasFort Worth metroplexWilling to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysMust be able to walk the property which includes climbing stairsMust be able to bend stoop squat kneel climb stairs push pull reach and carry suppliesStand for extended periods of timeMay be required to lift up to 25 pounds without assistanceIf you are an energetic leasing professional who enjoys variety travel and helping communities succeed we would love to hear from you Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications ie Word EXCEL Outlook etcAble to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely mannerKnowledge of Yardi or other
