A top financial services company is seeking a Mobile UI Developer – Ionic/Hybrid Apps to support their team in Tysons, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of member-facing experiences within its hybrid mobile banking application, built on the Ionic framework

  • Translate approved UX/UI designs into polished, high-performance mobile screens and components that meet standards for usability, accessibility, and brand consistency

  • Deliver seamless member experiences as part of a new loyalty program rollout

  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience building Front-end experiences for hybrid Mobile Applications using the Ionic framework

  • Strong track record of implementing polished, pixel-accurate mobile UIs based on approved design specifications

  • Proficiency in Angular, React, or Vue.js as used within the Ionic ecosystem

  • Solid understanding of mobile UX principles, responsive design, and cross-platform performance considerations (iOS and Android)

  • Experience integrating mobile front-end components with REST APIs and back-end services

  • Familiarity with Capacitor or Cordova plugins for native device functionality

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers throughout the full delivery lifecycle

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working on Financial Services or Digital Banking Applications

  • Experience delivering member- or customer-facing mobile experiences in a financial services or fintech environment
