Merchandiser
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, product management, buying, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, assortment planning, and category management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales performance, market data, and customer insights to drive business decisions.
- Proven capability in managing product-level P&L and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Design, Production, Inventory, and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to identify business risks/opportunities and respond with data-driven solutions.
- Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to market.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on inclusivity and belonging.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in merchandising systems, PLM tools, and data analysis tools (Excel, analytics platforms).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
