Member service representative
Requirements
Must have:
– Previous experience in customer service or banking environment preferred – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work effectively in a team setting – Basic understanding of financial products and services – High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Offer foundational guidance on products and services to align with member requirements – Aid members in establishing and managing deposit accounts, loans, and various financial offerings – Investigate and address simple inquiries and issues related to member accounts – Facilitate transactions and provide assistance on the banking platform as needed – Collaborate with supervisors to enhance service delivery and member satisfaction
