Position: Multilingual TV and Movies Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $20–$40/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Author realistic prompts spanning film analysis, television storytelling, genre comparison, character development, screenwriting structure, industry trends, and media history.
  • Review and revise AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, narrative insight, cultural authenticity, and clarity.
  • Write high-quality human-authored “gold” responses for complex interpretive or comparative entertainment questions.
  • Create controlled prompt variations that test subtle differences in genre, cultural context, time period, audience demographic, or production style.
  • Evaluate outputs across different tones (critical, analytical, conversational, industry-focused) and instruction constraints.
  • Identify model failure cases involving incorrect plot details, misattribution, shallow analysis, outdated references, or culturally inconsistent interpretations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience of sustained engagement with film and television as a serious hobby or analytical pursuit (e.g., reviewing, writing analysis, content creation, film study, active participation in media communities).
  • Active participation in TV and film discourse within at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
  • Strong familiarity with regional film industries, television formats, genre traditions, production styles, and culturally specific storytelling norms within your language context.
  • Ability to articulate narrative structure, thematic analysis, character critique, and media commentary clearly in the target language.
  • Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment.
  • Translation ability alone is not sufficient; candidates must demonstrate substantive engagement with film and television culture in their local context.
