What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate effective meetings to define capacity assumptions and monitor workload loading
• Navigate and manipulate data using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) software to develop a constrained supply plan
• Drive resolution for unresolvable capacity constraints in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, creating action plans to manage performance
• Lead Cycle Stock Optimization initiatives to ensure accurate requisition quantities and production schedules

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 4-5 years of experience as a master scheduler and/or production scheduler in a manufacturing environment
• BS Degree with an emphasis in Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred
• APICS certification is a plus (CPIM or CIRM)
• Supply chain management experience in a cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated participation in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Experience with SAP software and data manipulation
• Strong coaching and leadership skills in planning and scheduling
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with industry standard methods in materials management
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments
