Who We Are

Brady CFO is a Fractional CFO firm helping construction and agribusiness owners ($10-$75M revenue) scale through strategic financial leadership. We provide CFO-level expertise to growing companies without the full-time cost.

We’re expanding and need someone to build our partnership ecosystem and marketing engine.

The Role

75% marketing/partnerships, 25% executive support. You’ll work directly with our President to build strategic relationships, drive campaigns, and generate leads—while managing calendar and communications that give you executive-level exposure.

This is an opportunity to be mentored and grown into a reputable, relationship-driven Business Development/Marketing executive for a values-driven firm in the professional services industry.

Career path: Business Development/Marketing Manager within 18-24 months based on performance and company growth.

What You’ll Do

Partnerships (40%)

  • Support the President in building relationships with referral partners (bankers, CPAs, wealth managers, etc.)
  • Manage CRM processes and partner follow-up & outreach
  • Create marketing materials for partners (case studies, service PDFs, one-pagers)
  • Execute email campaigns to clients & prospects featuring partner services

Marketing & Leads (35%)

  • Execute outreach campaigns to target prospects & partners
  • Participate in LinkedIn content strategy, assist in implementation, and track engagement
  • Own prospect database and follow-up schedules
  • Provide input on appropriate marketing metrics and monitor said metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)
  • Heavily support President in generating qualified leads for new business

Events (20%)

  • Coordinate relationship-building events for partners and clients
  • Handle logistics of events/experiences and create memorable brand experiences
  • Attend events to build connections and represent Brady CFO

Executive Support (20-25%)

  • Manage President’s calendar and assist in travel management & coordination
  • Screen communications and handle administrative tasks

Who You Are

Required:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years in marketing, business development, or related roles
  • Experience contributing to client/customer acquisition
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Digital marketing skills (LinkedIn, email, content)
  • Design ability (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Google Workspace proficiency

Bonus:

  • 3-5 years in B2B or professional services marketing
  • Analytics and optimization experience
  • Event coordination background
  • Financial services knowledge

First Year Success Metrics

  • Optimize CRM for partner/prospect management
  • Coordinate 12+ successful events
  • Build 10+ active premium partnerships
  • Assist President in generating 20+ qualified leads.
  • Create systematic marketing processes

What We Offer

Compensation:

  • Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on education and experience
