Tony’s Tacos is one of the fastest-growing privately owned QSR taco brands on Long Island. We are not a traditional taco shop, and we are not looking for traditional marketing. This role is for someone who wants to build something loud, measurable, and undeniable and actually see it work in real time. Role Description
We’re looking for a high-level marketing operator and growth thinker who can turn attention into traffic, traffic into orders, and orders into loyalty.
You will own the full marketing engine:
- Paid acquisition
- Retargeting
- Local dominance
- Data, pixels, attribution
- Campaigns that actually move sales, not vanity metrics
You’ll work directly with ownership, alongside a dedicated videographer/photographer and a highly creative graphic designer. Your job is to connect creativity to performance and make Tony’s Tacos unavoidable.
What You’ll Own
Paid Marketing & Growth (CORE)
- Build, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Google Local, and retargeting platforms
- Own pixel setup, tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization across website, ordering, and campaigns
- Design hyper-local, geo-targeted strategies that drive real foot traffic, not just impressions
- Constantly test offers, creatives, hooks, audiences, and funnel

Creative Strategy & Campaign Direction
- Translate brand energy into campaign ideas that stop people
- Collaborate with video, photo, and design to build scroll-stopping creative
- Lead launches for:

Limited-time drops

Store openings

Events and stunts
- Push ideas that are bold, unconventional, and different from “restaurant marketing norms”
Social Media (Strategy > Posting)
- Define the voice, tone, and angle of the brand across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond
- Guide content themes and formats that convert attention into action
- Use social as a top-of-funnel weapon, not just a posting obligation
Email, Loyalty & Retention
- Build smart email loyalty flows tied to real behavior
- Segment customers and create offers that feel personal and timely
- Use retention to increase frequency, not just send promotions

Requirements
- 3–6 years in performance-driven digital marketing
- Deep expertise in:

Pixel setup, tracking, and attribution
- Strong understanding of local QSR or retail marketing
- Ability to connect creative to conversion
- Comfortable working on-site and in-store
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Restaurant or food brand experience
- Experience scaling local brands
- Understanding of delivery platforms and online ordering funnels
- Canva / Adobe familiarity (you won’t be designing full-time)
