  • Reports to: Senior Director, Site of Care Marketing
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across brand, digital, congress, and field support channels
  • Coordinate timelines, workflows, and approvals for materials in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Help manage day-to-day marketing operations, including meeting coordination, briefing documents, project trackers, and budget administration
  • Assist with the development, review, and distribution of marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal review processes
  • Support event planning and execution for internal meetings, and field programs, including logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-up
  • Track campaign performance, summarize key metrics, and help prepare reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and version control to support efficient execution and team alignment
  • Support launch readiness activities and contribute to process improvements that strengthen organization and execution quality
