Manager to lead portfolio level marketing analysis and strategy across our multifamily investments This role sits within Asset Management not property operations You will evaluate marketing performance across the portfolio identify opportunities to improve leasing outcomes and ensure marketing strategies support each assets business plan and financial objectives For professionals with 35 acquisitions and underwritingConnect marketing strategy directly to each assets financial objectives Performance Analytics & Reporting Analyze marketing funnel performance lead tour leaseEvaluate cost per lease channel ROI and traffic source performanceIdentify conversion inefficiencies and messaging misalignmentDevelop portfolio level marketing dashboards and reportingDeliver executive level funnels manage digital marketing channels or support marketing strategy across multiple products locations or business units Experience in multifamily real estate marketplace businesses or other data driven marketing environments is valuable but not required Youre comfortable working with data diagnosing performance gaps and translating marketing insights into strategic recommendations This role offers the opportunity to apply those skills in a portfolio setting where marketing performance directly influences leasing velocity occupancy and asset performance QUALIFICATIONS Experience 35 years of experience in multifamily marketing digital marketing analytics or performance marketingExperience evaluating marketing performance across multiple campaigns channels or locationsFamiliarity with
