Role Description
• Plan, test, monitor, and optimize campaign structures/ keyword lists/ ad creation/ targeting demographics to create comprehensive paid search campaigns (e.g., Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads) for directing qualified visitors to the BESTMOW website. (20%)
• Synthesize market research with User Experience (UX) methodologies to define product requirements and feature prioritization; spearhead the lifecycle development of technical products by ensuring technical specifications align with empirical user insights. (20%)
• Lead measurement of conversion and retention funnels in partnership with the Product team and collaborate closely with the UX, Engineering, and CRM teams to translate data insights into market growth strategies. (15%)
• Conceptualize and engineer comprehensive digital marketing campaigns anchored in rigorous market research and data-driven consumer insights. Plan and execute digital marketing activities to enhance brands’ awareness, increase users’ social engagement and increase conversion rate through multi-channels. (15%)
• Design and implement comprehensive market research frameworks to identify revenue drivers; utilize empirical data to formulate actionable strategies that directly amplify retail performance and operational scalability. (15%)
• Systematically assess and refine empirical data collection frameworks and validation protocols to ensure the integrity and statistical reliability of market data. (15%)
Qualifications
At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related analytical field.
