Must have:

### – A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a computer science-related field or equivalent experience is preferred. – CompTIA’s A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications for desktop and server operating systems are desirable. – A general understanding of operational systems, local area networks, and communication protocols is preferred. Experience with mission-critical gaming and hospitality systems is advantageous. – Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. – Strong personal computing skills are required. – Demonstrated entry-level technical capabilities across multiple platforms is desired. – Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. – Flexibility to work various shifts may be required.

Responsibilities:


  • I will collaborate with Property IT Management and Enterprise IT to provide support for business technology, computer systems, and data communication requirements. My role includes delivering both first and second-level support for end-users and technology associated with properties, including telephony and related systems. – I will promptly respond to technology-related incidents and service requests, ensuring that support requests are dealt with or escalated appropriately while maintaining communication with end-users and business partners. – Analyzing problems and conducting root cause analysis for on-premises technology will be part of my responsibilities, as well as deciding when to escalate complex issues to senior team members and service providers. – I will oversee the execution and verification of IT Change Tasks that impact property operations and ensure the documentation of all day-to-day tasks is completed as scheduled. – I will plan, coordinate, and execute the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of gaming, hospitality, and backend hardware and software products while adhering to Enterprise IT Change Control. – Participation in Vulnerability Remediation activities for customer-facing systems and conducting security measures to comply with audit and regulatory requirements will be part of my duties. – I will respond to automated monitoring alerts and maintain local resource monitoring with the enterprise monitoring team. ###

  • I will update procedures and documentation for specific platforms and drive local process and operational improvements with an eye on overall enterprise impact. – Tasks such as performing entry-level technical repairs on desktop platforms, servers, networks, and related infrastructure will be included in my role. – I will also participate in the Property/Regional IT Team’s on-call rotation to provide Tier 1 responses to operational incidents during business hours when necessary. – I will utilize the Service Management System to track and resolve all client/user incidents, requests, changes, and problems. – This role requires maintaining the local data center to prescribed standards and adhering to system management criteria and policies. – The position is not fully remote, though some remote work may be permitted. – The successful candidate will be required to obtain the appropriate jurisdictional casino gaming license and must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs and 25 lbs, respectively. – Working conditions may involve high noise levels, bright lights, and smoke, requiring the ability to stand, sit, and walk in equal measures, along with frequent twisting, bending, and reaching. – I must be capable of responding to tactile, auditory, and visual cues within the casino environment. This position offers a salary range of $30,000.00 – $32,000.00 annually, along with benefits that include a 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. The role is required to be performed in person.
