Market Associate

2. About the Opportunity:
The Market Associate plays a key role in retaining, growing, and optimizing host entrepreneurs and emerging hosts within a designated territory. This position focuses on building strong relationships with hosts to enhance their listings, pricing strategies, and overall performance on the platform. The role supports both one-on-one host engagement and broader educational initiatives, ultimately contributing to host success and high hospitality standards.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts to ensure retention, growth, and optimization
• Conduct one-on-one onboarding and optimization discussions with hosts
• Provide strategic advice on pricing, availability, and listing quality
• Secure host availability during high-demand periods to maximize revenue
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, and relay feedback to internal teams
• Respond promptly to host inquiries to improve their platform experience
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for increased bookings
• Build long-term relationships, providing ongoing tailored support to hosts
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support
• At least 2 years of hospitality or travel industry experience is preferred
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple accounts
• Proven success managing a book of business and driving engagement and growth
• Goal-oriented with persistence and a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person
• Proficiency with CRM tools and experience working with leads and opportunities; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
• Must be based in North Carolina, South Carolina, Missouri, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Illinois, or Michigan
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Pay range from $88,000 to $103,000 USD
• Compensation may include bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
