| Salary: | HK$58,922 — HK$88,971 (HGPS point 24 – 33) per month including Monthly Allowance |
| | Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |
| ++Key Responsibilities:++ |
| To assist the Cluster General Manager (Administrative Services), Cluster Manager and Senior Managers to discharge the following duties: |
| 1. | To lead a team of technical and clerical staff in managing and tackling all building facilities related matters. |
| 2. | To supervise and monitor the performance of project consultants and contractors. |
| 3. | To provide technical supports on management of minor works projects. |
| 4. | To monitor progress of site works and controlling of works materials and workmanships. |
| 5. | To monitor the budget of operational and maintenance (O&M) works and minor works projects. |
| 6. | To coordinate with Safety Officers of contractors, Safety Auditor of consultants and other parties for monitoring of site safety performance. |
| 7. | To provide technical supports to cluster hospitals on facilities management. |
| 8. | To prepare and submit inspection and progress reports to hospital management. |
| 9. | To work according to duty roster, attend emergency calls and perform shift duty and typhoon / black rainstorm duties. |
| 10. | Perform any other duties as required to facilitate implementation of capital works projects of the department including site supervision of construction works. |
| 11. | To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. |

| ++Requirements:++ |
| 1. | A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; |
| 2. | 8 years of relevant experience; and |
| 3. | Obtained valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card). |

| ++Preferable Attributes++ ++/++ ++Exposure:++ |
| 1. | (a) Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language(Syllabus B) in HKCEE OR (b) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE. |
| 2. | Formal training in occupational safety and health. |
| 3. | Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. |
| 4. | Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision. |
| 5. | Outgoing and able to work under pressure and stressful situation. |
| 6. | Knowledge of other common office automation (e.g. e-mail, Internet/Intranet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD and other MS Office applications, etc.) |
| 7. | Practical experience in public works projects. |
| 8. | At least 4 years of working experience in the capacity of Assistant Building Services Inspector, or equivalent. |
| 9. | The candidate has the solid T&C and acceptance test experiences for E&M services in new construction project is an advantage. |
