We are hiring Former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain Consultants for an AI Consulting Project
We are launching a Management Consulting domain designed to train advanced AI systems using real-world consulting methodologies.
To build this domain credibly, we are assembling a team of former consultants from McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company who can translate real consulting engagement experience into structured analytical tasks and project environments.
If you have worked on strategy, due diligence, growth strategy, or operational transformation projects, this is an opportunity to apply your consulting expertise to help shape the next generation of AI systems.
What You Will Do
- Design realistic consulting project scenarios
- Break projects into structured consulting tasks
- Develop evaluation frameworks and grading rubrics
- Create “gold standard” solutions for consulting problems
- Help train AI systems to think like management consultants
Requirements
- 3 years at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain (mandatory)
- Experience structuring ambiguous client problems
- Strong analytical modeling and synthesis skills
- Experience producing client-ready deliverables
- Both part-time/full-time opportunities are available.
