Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM — 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9:45 PM — 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Install, service, and maintain machinery and production systems
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to support production goals
- Maintain a safe and collaborative work environment
Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to the component level

Strong understanding of automated industrial equipment, including:

Motors, drives, pumps, relays, and 3-phase power systems

Industrial controls and communication devices
-
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics

Ability to install and troubleshoot AC/DC drives

PLC troubleshooting experience

Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

Knowledge of power transmission systems and bearings

Experience with pumps (air and electric)

Understanding of sensors, limit switches, and motor control circuits

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and handle flexible hours or overtime
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic welding experience
- Cross-trade maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
