Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Shift Options:

  • 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM — 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 9:45 PM — 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Install, service, and maintain machinery and production systems
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to support production goals
  • Maintain a safe and collaborative work environment

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to the component level

  • Strong understanding of automated industrial equipment, including:

  • Motors, drives, pumps, relays, and 3-phase power systems

  • Industrial controls and communication devices

  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics

  • Ability to install and troubleshoot AC/DC drives

  • PLC troubleshooting experience

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

  • Knowledge of power transmission systems and bearings

  • Experience with pumps (air and electric)

  • Understanding of sensors, limit switches, and motor control circuits

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle flexible hours or overtime

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic welding experience
  • Cross-trade maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
