We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and support maintenance operations. This role ensures efficient scheduling, tracking, and completion of maintenance activities while supporting overall operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Maintain and update maintenance records and systems (CMMS)
  • Track work orders, parts, and inventory
  • Communicate with maintenance technicians and leadership teams
  • Monitor equipment performance and downtime trends
  • Assist in planning shutdowns and maintenance projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures

Qualifications


  • Experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or scheduling
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations in industrial settings

Preferred Skills


  • Background in mechanical or electrical maintenance
  • Inventory or parts management experience
