Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and support maintenance operations. This role ensures efficient scheduling, tracking, and completion of maintenance activities while supporting overall operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
- Maintain and update maintenance records and systems (CMMS)
- Track work orders, parts, and inventory
- Communicate with maintenance technicians and leadership teams
- Monitor equipment performance and downtime trends
- Assist in planning shutdowns and maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or scheduling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Knowledge of maintenance operations in industrial settings
