If you enjoy working with machines, following detailed processes, and contributing to products that matter, this role could be your next great opportunity.About the Role As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in the production of high-quality wood veneer components used in the aerospace industry. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact the performance, safety, and reliability of aerospace products.What You’ll Do Operate a variety of machines in a production woodworking (veneer) environment, including presses, sanders, shears, and cutting knivesFollow detailed work instructions to ensure precision and consistencyIdentify, document, and report quality concerns to maintain high standardsCarefully and delicately handle fragile veneer panelsSupport other production areas as needed to meet team goalsRequired Qualifications High School diploma or equivalentBasic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 25 lbsAbility to stand for 8+ hours per shiftStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsPreferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in manufacturingPrior machine operation or woodworking experience (a plus, but not required)Ready to Get Started?If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to aerospace excellence, we want to hear from you.
