Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality coatings and paints, is seeking a Logistics Operator – 5 to join their team. As a Logistics Operator – 5, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting the manufacturing and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Logistics Operator – 5
Location: High Point, NC
Pay Range: $20-$21.00
Shift: 2nd shift 2pm to 10:30pm
What’s the Job?

Maintain storage of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods, ensuring proper inventory levels and organization.

Operate and inspect forklifts daily, adhering to safety standards and completing inspection forms accurately.

Assist batch makers by obtaining necessary materials from storage areas and ensuring timely delivery to production lines.

Clean and maintain production equipment, including tanks, valves, filters, and pumps, following safety and cleanliness protocols.

Support overall production activities by moving materials, staging finished goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
What’s Needed?

High School Diploma

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and guidelines.

Ability to operate a forklift safely and obtain certification if required.

Effective measurement and weighing skills for accurate inventory management.

Physical ability to lift containers up to 75 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
