Logistics Coordinator – Order / Data Entry

Venture Logistics, a 3PL warehousing and freight forwarding company, is seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on order management and data entry to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update data in internal systems
• Coordinate with warehouse and freight teams to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with reporting and logistics documentation as needed

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding is a plus
• CargoWise experience desirable
