OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support Egans Abercrombie Solar Project located near Fargo ND In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials deliveries and on site logistics to support efficient construction operations You will work closely with project teams vendors and field crews to ensure materials are delivered safely on time and in alignment with project schedules If you thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy solving problems in real time this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on project success This is a project based position with an expected duration of two years ResponsibilitiesThe basic responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator include but are not limited to the following Site specific material & delivery coordinationPlan schedule and oversee inboundoutbound material deliveriesInventory managementMaintain accurate real time inventory of site materials modules racking inverters cabling etc including cycle counts and reconciliationDelivery Tracking & SchedulingTrack shipments from vendors to site proactively manage delays and adjust schedules to avoid disruptions to field operationsJobsite Trucking & Traffic CoordinationDirect trucking logistics including designated haul routes and precise drop locations to optimize efficiencyDocumentation & ReportingMaintain delivery logs inventory reports and daily logistics reports; ensure documentation accuracyComplianceEnsure all logistics comply with site safety standardsQAQCCoordinate inspections of incoming materials for damage quantity verification and spec compliance; manage discrepancies with vendorsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and field experience preferredMust possess and maintain a valid drivers license and acceptable driving recordMust pass a background check and pre employment drug screenQualificationsUnderstanding of construction logistics preferably within solar electrical or large scale infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with materials used in solar installations modules racking systems inverters cabling etcKnowledge of inventory management principles and material tracking processesBasic understanding of DOT regulations trucking logistics and site delivery coordinationAwareness of jobsite safety standards OSHA and compliance requirementsUnderstanding of construction scheduling and how logistics impacts project schedulesWorking ConditionsPerformance of duties will be 100 on the solar project siteAbility to stand or sit for extended periods of timeExposure to loud noise dirt and exposure to the
