Required skills:
3 years of directly related experience in a GxP Training environment
The candidate will currently possess 8-10 years of experience in the following technical skills in order to quickly take on assignments with moderate to minimal oversight, with consistent and reliable accuracy:
Microsoft Excel – proficient to expert
Plateau (Learning Management System database) or similar – proficient to expert.
Microsoft Word – proficient, Microsoft Outlook – proficient to expert
Microsoft PowerPoint – proficient to expert
Required Experience:
The candidate will currently possess the following soft skills that will ensure the professional integrity of the Training program:
Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
Sound decision-making and organizational skills.
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards.
Visually creative with professional presentations and wall displays (graphic design).
Prompt and reliable with training instructor appointments.
Professional approach to classroom Instruction
Proven experience as a system administrator for Docebo or similar LMS platforms.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks and experience working with executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide learning programs across diverse functions.
Experience working in a global organization, with an understanding of regional learning needs and compliance requirements.
UX/UI design experience is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled LMS Super Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of our enterprise-wide learning platform, Docebo. This role will serve as the primary system owner, ensuring seamless user experience, governance alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across HR, Commercial, and other key learning partners. They will help us realize the full strategic potential of the platform, while also managing its day-to-day administration.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary system administrator for Docebo LMS, managing configuration, integrations, and ongoing maintenance.
Act as a strategic thought partner to HR and business leaders, contributing to enterprise learning strategy and platform evolution.
Collaborate with executive sponsors and governance councils to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and compliance standards.
Partner closely with Commercial and other learning teams to support enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendor relationships.
Stay current with Docebo’s product roadmap and feature releases; evaluate new capabilities and make recommendations on adoption and implementation strategies.
