5+ years of hands-on experience as a Linux Systems Engineer or Virtualization Engineer.

  • Strong experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter/ESXi administration.
  • Practical experience with Oracle Linux, OLVM, or KVM virtualization.
  • Familiarity with virt-v2v, qemu-img, libvirt, and related Linux migration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux networking (bonding, VLANs, bridges) and storage (iSCSI, NFS, LVM, multipath).
  • Proficient in shell scripting (Bash, Python, or Ansible) for automation and configuration management.
  • Understanding of Oracle Linux UEK kernels and SELinux/AppArmor configuration.
  • Experience with cloud migration or hybrid infrastructure is a plus.
