Do you thrive in creating memorable experiences while being both creative and strategic Are you looking for a position where you can make a positive difference Were CCMC a community management company specializing in large scale communities Our vision of revolutionizing the industry by inspiring a resident centric focus is brought to life by our core values of Integrity Respect Service and Community About the Community This community will include both single family homes and townhomes located on hundreds of acres of open space There are also multiple trails schools a neighborhood caf a full scale amenity center a lagoon and outdoor classrooms where people can learn from nature In this crucial role youll Play a key role in executing our companys purpose statement We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and in the offices where we work Simply put we create experiences that connect people Lifestyle Directors work with residents and community partners to create and facilitate connections through events programming and communications What youll accomplish Creating planning promoting and executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residentsWorking cohesively with the Communications Associate in developing content for the community communications website newsletters promotional materials social media accounts etcProducing maintaining and following an annual budget for activity income and expensesEstablishing and nurturing partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents and the overall communityOverseeing the operation of the amenity center including rentalsDeveloping and implementing general policies and proceduresAdministrative dutiesCreation coordination and support for community clubs groups and committeesAbility to create a strong professional and symbiotic relationship with the Board of DirectorsMust be comfortable with public speaking and engagementWhat were looking for Qualified candidates must be able to work onsite at the community and work full time hours Monday Friday with ability to work additional hours on some nights weekends and holidays for eventsQualified candidates must be self motivated and able to work effectively with a resident board and committee members as well as volunteersCandidates should have 3 4 years of professional experience in event planning recreation programming public relations or other related experience and 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communicationsA Bachelors Degree or higher ideally in recreation communications journalism or community development from an accredited college or university is preferredMust pass pre employment drug screen driving record and background checkIf driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include Mobility Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditionsLifting and Carrying Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 poundsExtended Sitting or Standing Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or eventsManual Dexterity Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devicesDriving Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions Please note We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving statusWe are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment If you require reasonable accommodations during the application process or in performing the job duties as described in the posting please email talentccmcnetcom so we can review next steps together What we offer Comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and visionWellness programFlexible Spending AccountsCompany matching 401k contributionsPaid time off for vacation holidays medical and volunteeringPaid parental leaveTraining and educational assistanceSupport programs including Employee Assistance Program and Calm HealthOptional benefits including short and long term disability life insurance and pet insurance Most importantly a caring team who is dedicated to your success
