Content creation is emotionally taxing, time consuming, and inconsistent, even for the most talented people. We built Stanley to solve that.
Stanley is the first AI Agent that helps humans create high-performing content in their true voice – not generic AI output. Creators at all levels, from emerging voices to some of the biggest names on LinkedIn, are seeing meaningful increases in impressions, engagement, and business growth using Stanley’s drafts, coaching, and performance intelligence.
Now, we’re expanding beyond written content into our next frontier: Short Form video.
Short form is far more nuanced, emotional, and identity-driven than text – and we believe it represents one of the largest opportunities in creator tooling over the next decade. To win this category, we’re building Stanley Short Form as its own business unit with a dedicated team, strategy, product roadmap, and growth engine.
The Stanley Short Form Marketing Team sits at the center of that growth. We’re responsible for driving adoption, activation, and customer success across the business – connecting paid media, lifecycle, product marketing, content, creator storytelling, and growth experimentation into one cohesive engine.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving team that values speed, ownership, creativity, and execution. We care deeply about building systems that scale, learning quickly from data, and creating marketing that actually helps creators win.
As part of the team, you’ll work cross-functionally with paid media, creative, content, product, and growth stakeholders to improve conversion across every stage of the customer journey – from first click to activated customer. We’re building for ambitious creators and entrepreneurs, and looking for people excited to help define the future of AI-powered personal brands.
🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize the systems that turn attention into trials and revenue.
This is not a top-of-funnel strategy role. This is the person who makes sure everything after someone clicks actually works — that the right content gets into paid, that messaging stays tight across every touchpoint, and that nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll sit at the center of paid, email, content, and web — making sure our funnel is always stocked, aligned, and improving.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Own paid funnel support content flow

Ensure our paid media team always has high-quality, high-performing creative to run

Source and route content from UGC creators, agencies, and organic channels into paid

Identify winning content and make sure it gets scaled, repurposed, and reused
Manage paid media collaboration reporting

Own the day-to-day relationship with our paid media specialist

Translate performance data into clear internal insights and action items

Ensure fast feedback loops between creative, paid, and the broader team
Own lifecycle email execution

Build, manage, and optimize email flows across the user journey

Ensure messaging is consistent across products, launches, and campaigns
-
Use email to reinforce key narratives, drive activation, and highlight success stories
Optimize landing pages for conversion

Monitor and improve landing page performance

Continuously test messaging, structure, and content
-
Ensure pages clearly communicate value and drive trial starts
Support SEO content performance

Ensure blog content is optimized for search and aligned with key messaging
-
Identify opportunities to improve rankings and drive organic traffic

Work with content to ensure posts are both discoverable and conversion-aware
Be the connective tissue across marketing

Coordinate across paid, organic, product marketing, and content
-
Ensure consistency in messaging and execution across all channels
