Position: Legal Content Reviewer (Special Needs Law)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $110–$140/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: ~5 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review structured legal content to ensure accuracy and alignment with applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks.
• Validate materials related to ABLE accounts, guardianship, and special needs trusts.
• Ensure clarity and correctness regarding Medicaid eligibility requirements and SSI application processes.
• Provide concise, expert feedback to improve legal dataset quality for AI evaluation.
• Collaborate asynchronously and meet defined review timelines.

Requirements

• Strong experience in special needs law or closely related legal or academic fields.
• Deep expertise in trust structures, disability benefits law, and special needs planning.
• Advanced understanding of Medicaid and SSI regulatory standards.
• Excellent legal analysis and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
