About the job:

Our client is seeking an experienced Learning Management Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) across the organization. This role requires a blend of traditional project management discipline and agile practices, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in LMS transitions, especially during vendor selection and system migration phases. Reporting into the PMO, this individual will work across multiple departments to ensure a seamless rollout of a modern learning platform that meets the operational and regulatory needs of the client.

What you will do at Sogeti:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for the clients LMS implementation, from vendor selection through deployment
  • Facilitate hybrid project methodologies, balancing delivery to milestones with agile ceremonies and iterative planning
  • Engage business units across the client to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure readiness for change
  • Navigate and resolve stakeholder conflicts, maintaining project momentum and fostering collaboration
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk logs, status reports, and executive updates
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and vendor partners
  • Ensure successful transition from the legacy SumTotal LMS to the new solution, minimizing disruption to training programs
  • Champion change management efforts to drive user adoption and long-term success

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • 4+ years of direct experience managing LMS implementation projects
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and creating consensus across business units.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent agile certification strongly preferred
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience leading LMS transitions involving vendor selection and enterprise change
  • Confident communicator with executive presence
  • Strong problem-solver who can work through ambiguity and resistance

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
