Lead Scheduler- Practice
Responsibilities Coordinates daily activities of scheduling staff. Monitors work of assigned staff and acts as a professional resource. Acts as a professional liaison for office staff, and other physician offices.Qualifications REQUIRED:
- One (1) to Two (2) years clerical experience, with some supervisory experience. 2. Ability to type forty (40) words per minute. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology. 4. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. 5. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the utilization of computer applications. 6. Demonstrated organizational and communication/customer service skills.
PREFERRED:
- Previous experience in admission or scheduling environment in a hospital/medical office environment. 2. Previous supervisory experience.Work Hours: 730a-430p
