What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for a medium portfolio of projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer requirements
- Monitor project delivery performance and proactively address schedule slippages and inaccuracies
- Conduct critical path analysis and perform delay analysis for extension of time claims
- Lead meetings with functional owners to establish project baselines and resolve scheduling discrepancies
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement mitigation strategies for scheduling issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 5 years of experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling within an EPC environment
- 3 years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent project management tools
- Willingness to work East Coast time zone (EST) hours
- Knowledge of power plant principles and work processes in EPC environments
