About the Opportunity:

The organization seeks a Lead Executive Administrator to support the Professional Services — Executive Office team. This full-time remote role involves providing high-level administrative support to executives, facilitating smooth office operations, and managing communications and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings

• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

• Organize travel arrangements and itineraries

• Handle confidential information with discretion

• Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders

• Coordinate special projects and events as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executive administrative support

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient with office software and collaboration tools

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

• High level of discretion and professionalism

• US work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship

• Compliance with U.S. national security employment eligibility criteria

Compensation:

• Role does not include an annual bonus incentive
