Lead CX/UX Designer – UpToDate Expert AI

Requirements

Must have:

– 10 years of experience as a Lead UX designer, preferably in an agile setting – Familiarity with Lean Product and Lean UX principles – Direct experience in developing mobile web and native applications – Proven ability to build trusting relationships and act as a connector among UX, product, clinical, and technology teams to uphold quality standards – Capacity to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal guidance – Bachelors degree (BA) in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication & Multimedia Design/Media Technology, Information Architecture, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment of a unified design vision and culture within the UpToDate Expert AI team – Collaborate with a diverse group of designers, researchers, engineers, and clinicians to innovate healthcare solutions – Deliver user-friendly experiences across various platforms and interaction points – Engage directly with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and excellence – Guide team efforts in design processes and methodologies – Supervise the creation and maintenance of design systems and UX patterns
