Lead AI and Machine Learning Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – Proficient in training and analysis steps within a modern MLOps pipeline, including labeling, model export, and monitoring – Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker and Git – Skilled in Python and various libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) – Eligible to obtain a Secret government security clearance – Strong working knowledge of radar systems engineering, signal processing, and machine learning – Excellent self-motivation, teamwork, and time management skills – Ability to adapt to and fulfill evolving operational requirements

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of AI capabilities in the field – Analyzing user data to evaluate ML model effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement – Developing and refining ML models to meet changing operational needs – Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to efficiently iterate on solutions – Ensuring continuous upkeep of deployed products utilizing machine learning operations methodologies
