Laborer (Maintenance) PT, 3pm-11:30pm weekend program
Job Description: Summary: Performs general and ground maintenance and moves materials for maintenance projects and resident movesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Moves equipment and materials to work sites and designated areas, loads and unloads materials and assists in resident moves, handling furniture and other items.2. Picks up and delivers maintenance items off site3. Assists in repairs and/or replaces defective items as scheduled and/or assigned and completes work orders as assigned4.Conducts equipment maintenance, lubricating and cleaning machinery and reporting any equipment malfunctions and maintaining operational logs5. Paints and makes ready units for move in, and paints in common areas6. Performs grounds work to include cutting and trimming grass and shrubbery, removing fallen limbs and debris and cleaning and maintaining the appearance of driveways, parking lots and grounds.7. Follows infection control procedures, including proper hand washing, trash/waste storage and disposal and wearing protective clothing and equipment when handling waste and chemical agents8. Follows all safety procedures and protocol as dictated by EverTrue policy, federal and state regulations and reports all hazardous conditions, defective equipment, and accidents or incidents to the supervisor immediately9. Provides security duties when assigned10. Responds to building and equipment emergency situations11.
