What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate and conduct research, including completing IRB revisions and renewals
• Oversee undergraduate research assistants and manage lab meetings
• Assist with data management and budget oversight
• Write annual reports and coordinate community trainings
• Depending on experience, assist with assessments and provider training

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields
• 1-3 years of related experience in laboratory procedures and research techniques in early autism intervention
• Demonstrated interest in intervention research and experience working with children, particularly those with autism
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with web design, social media, database management, and video editing
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SPSS software
