Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Large Client Solutions (LCS) team. With marquee cricketing properties such as the ICC World Cup and IPL launching earlier this year, and back-to-back BCCI events lined up, this role is critical to driving exponential revenue growth through strategic account management and market coverage.

The KAM will own a revenue target on Sports business (Men’s cricket), ensuring end-to-end client engagement — from planning and campaign execution to post-campaign evaluation and longterm strategic growth. The role will directly impact revenue through client retention, pipeline acceleration, and conversion of emerging clients into long-term strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management
  • Manage and grow large, mid market and high-potential accounts with full ownership of revenue targets. Convert smaller and emerging accounts into long-term strategic partners. Success will be measured by value as well as number of advertisers on the platform.
  • Ensure comprehensive market coverage through proactive outreach and coordinated client engagement. Build strong, consultative relationships with clients and agencies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Build compelling narratives showcasing the value of sports.
  • Proactively identify and solve client problems with bespoke content-led solutions/ ad tech solutions where required. Tailor proposals to brand-specific objectives and marketing needs.
  • End to end management, solutioning and ensuring seamless campaign execution and timely market engagement to avoid underservicing or missed growth opportunities.
  • Tailored Approach for Digital-First & Startup Ecosystem
  • Engage deeply with digital-first brands and startups that demand speed, attribution-driven solutions, and daily interactions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to founders, CMOs, and growth leaders by delivering consultative solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Provide integrated media solutions across digital, broadcast, and sports sponsorship properties.
  • Cross Functional Collab
  • Coordinate with Pricing & Delivery teams to ensure revenue delivery, approvals, and process adherence.
  • Drive internal alignment for smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to build impactful case studies/ testimonials
  • Highlight innovative solutions and success stories to strengthen pitches and retention
  • Insights & Post-Campaign Analysis
  • Deliver data-backed post-campaign evaluation reports and Brand Lift Studies (BLS) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop and recommend long-term media strategies to drive retention, upsell, and share-of-wallet growth.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve client performance and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Media, or related field (preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in media sales, client partnerships, or digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver high-value revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first brands, startups, and performance-driven marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign insights and reporting.
