Job Title: Parts Data Management Specialist

Location: East Moline, IL 61244 (Onsite)

Duration: 24+ months contract with possible extension

Shift Details: 1st – 8 hours /day. Flexible Core hours are 7-4am or 8-5am. Must work at least 8am-2pm
Pay: $25/hr. – $30/hr. on W2

Actual Job Title: Specification Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated Project Efforts
  • Adhere to local timelines and project requirements for completion
  • Includes local unit task work and part plan processing
  • Change decision execution with audit standardization
  • Support Broader Business Initiatives and Standardization Efforts
  • Willingness to adapt to Process and/or Tool changes (internal/ external requirements)
  • Quality work practices and alignment
  • Data integrity efforts ECM, Parts, report monitoring efforts
  • BOM’s

Top Required Skills:

  • SAP experience
  • Strong data analysis
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Excel-advanced.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, will accept Associate’s.
