Summary:
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Application Programmer III to join their team. As a Java Developer you will be part of the Fraud Technology department supporting innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?

Collaborate with business and technology teams to develop and enhance Java-based applications.

Design, implement, and maintain microservices and RESTful web services.

Participate in full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.

Research and resolve complex technical issues independently and efficiently.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
What’s Needed?
-
6-8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development, preferably within the financial industry.

Proficiency in Spring Boot, Core Java, and JavaScript.

Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, MyBatis, or JPA.

Knowledge of web services including REST/SOAP, and familiarity with JSON and XML.

Experience with source control tools like Bitbucket, SVN, or Perforce, and build tools such as Maven.
